Classes Offered

Private  Swim Lessons

This type of lesson is necessary for infants and students who are not water safe and require more attention. It is also recommended for older students with extreme anxiety or behavior that is not conducive to group lessons. Once the anxiety or behavior is overcome, the older student can fit happily into a group lesson. Learn more

Class Size: 1 x 1
Duration: 20 min

Group Swim Lessons

For most students, this is the ideal lesson structure for swimming lessons. This type of swim class is good for children who can follow direction and work effectively in a group environment. We make every attempt to group students of comparable ability, as well as maturity and age. Learn more

Class Size: 4 x 1
Duration: 25 min

Stroke Development

These classes provide a transition between swim lessons with an instructor in the water and pre-swim team orientation where the coach is on deck. Swimmers that graduate from this curriculum will be able to properly swim all four strokes and execute both starts and turns used in competitive swimming.

Class Size: 6 x 1
Duration: 30 min

SwimTots Program

The SwimTots program is for children under 2 years old. This class helps to establish comfort in the water and is a great bonding time for parents and their children. In this class, the instructor will teach the parents how to correctly hold their child in the water, the correct way to take them underwater, and the importance of the back float. Our technique is taught using songs and games that introduce what the child will be learning later in private lessons. Learn more

ST Trial Class

This class is for all new families coming into the Parent-Tot program. The instructor will focus on explaining the structure that we use to teach infants and why we do each song/drill/game. This class will give parents an idea of how their young one reacts to being in the water as well as providing an opportunity for them to try a few of the skills that we use in our ST classes.

Class Size: 6 x 1
Duration: 30 min

Beginner ST Class

This class is an introductory course to the SwimRight® Method and focuses on the skills in the first level of our program. It is designed for parents that want to spend time with their child while teaching the basics of swimming and safety through songs and games.

Class Size: 8 x 1
Duration: 30 min

Advanced ST Class

This class is for parents that are ready to push their child in the progression of the SwimRight® Method, focusing on the skills in the second level of our program. It is designed to allow the child to swim more independently while their parent is still in the water with them.

Class Size: 6 x 1
Duration: 30 min

Pre-Team Program

Pre-Team provides swimmers who have graduated from all eight levels in the SwimRight® Method with the tools necessary to join a swim team. With a focus on endurance and more detailed, competitive elements, the Pre-Team program ensures that swimmers are ready for the next step in swimming.

How do I Enroll?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form on this page or give us a call, and we'll ask a few quick questions about your child's age and comfort level in the water — this helps us place them in the right group from day one instead of guessing. If you're not sure which class fits, we're happy to talk it through with you first.

Once we've matched your child to a class, you'll get a confirmation with the schedule, what to bring (swimsuit, towel, goggles if your child prefers them), and where exactly to check in on your first day. New families are also welcome to book a trial session before committing to a full session, so you can see how your child responds to the instructor and the pool environment.

Spots in each age group are limited, so if you have a specific day or time in mind, it's worth reaching out early rather than waiting until the week before a session starts.
