Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Full-time employees at the Westside location have access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
Paid and Unpaid Time Off Full-time employees can accrue up to 40 hours of vacation per year, and all employees accrue up to 48 hours of sick time per year. In addition, SwimRight Academy allows employees to take between 48-72 hours of unpaid time off per year.
