FAQs

What if I forget to sign the waiver? 
If the waiver isn’t signed before your lesson, we can help you complete it when you arrive. However, this may take time away from your swim lesson, so we recommend signing it in advance to make the most of your time in the water. You can log in to your account with the email address on file using the SwimRight Academy app or swimrightacademy.com and click Log In.
What should I wear for my swim lesson?
All swimmers—kids and adults—should wear a properly fitted swimsuit. Children under 4 years old are required to wear a swim diaper with a snug-fitting reusable cover (two layers) to ensure a safe and clean swim environment.
Can parents watch the trial lesson?
Absolutely! Parents are welcome to watch the trial lesson. Feel free to take pictures and enjoy seeing your swimmer in action.
What if I need to reschedule my lesson?
No problem! If you need to reschedule your lesson, just call, text, or email us and we’ll be happy to help you find a new time.
Why do I need to sign a 2-month commitment policy before my free trial lesson?
The 2-month commitment form must be signed before the trial so families understand our enrollment terms. The commitment only applies if you decide to enroll after the trial. The trial itself is free, with no obligation to continue.

Parking on Campus

For the safety of everyone on campus, please note that de Toledo High School has City Mandated conditions for campus parking. Please be sure to follow these rules for parking safely.
Upon arrival to the parking lot, you will be directed by security staff to park accordingly.

1. ENTERING / EXITING:
  • NO left-hand turns at certain times, please read the signs
  • Enter the school ONLY from the east on Vanowen from Fallbrook, NOT Shoup
2. PARKING:
  • Park anywhere in Level 1 or 2 - below ground level
  • Use the stairs to walk up to ground level
  • DO NOT walk on the car ramps
  • No parking in faculty spots before 3pm
3. DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP:
  • On-campus only, in the circular area, unless otherwise directed by a security guard
  • No parking and no U-turns on any nearby side streets.
4. SCHOOL DROP-OFF TIMES:
Please allow yourself extra time during these hours as there is more traffic.

Mon-Fri: 8:00am-8:45am

Mon-Thu: 2:45pm-3:30pm

Fri: 12:45pm-1:45pm
