Who Can Join Pre-Team?
To qualify for Pre-Team, swimmers must:
- Graduate from the SwimRight program
- Pass the Flyers Level
- Complete and pass a tryout session
Pre-Team Practice Schedule

6:30 - 8:00pm
Wednesday
6:30 - 8:00pm
Friday
6:30 - 8:00pm
Saturday
6:30 - 8:00pm
Minimum Commitment: 1 day/week (Coaches recommend 2+ days for best results!)
Dryland Training is Required. Dryland exercises help swimmers improve strength & endurance. Attendance is expected unless notified in advance.
What Does My Swimmer Need?
- Fins
- Kickboard
- Buoy
- Competitive Goggles
- Swim Suit (Jammers for boys, One-Piece for girls)
How Do Swimmers Advance?
- New swimmers start in Lane 1
- Every 12 weeks, during Race Week, swimmers have a chance to move up lanes
- Lane 5 is the most advanced level! Advancement is based on skill & endurance performance.
SwimRight Swim Club
What is the SwimRight Swim Club?
The SwimRight Swim Club is an advanced training program designed to help competitive swimmers reach new performance levels in a team-based environment. It’s the perfect next step after Pre-Team for those who want serious training and real competition.
Why Join the Club Team?
- Elite coaching to refine technique, speed & endurance
- Competitive team atmosphere with like-minded swimmers
- Official swim meets to gain real race experience
- Pathway to higher-level competitive swimming
Who Can Join the Swim Club?
Swimmers must:
- Be in Lane 3+ of Pre-Team
- Pass a Club Tryout
- Commit to all scheduled practices & meets
Club Team Practice Schedule
Practice Days:
Monday
6:15 - 8:30pm
Thursday
6:15 - 8:30pm
Sunday
2:15pm - 4:00pm
Attendance is Required—Swimmers must attend all scheduled practices, including dryland training.
Competitive Swim Meets Are Mandatory. Swimmers must compete in at least one swim meet per month, including Pre-Team Meets.
