How Swimming Can Build Confidence in Your Child

Self-confidence isn’t easy for children to get. Their bodies are gangly and often do things that they don’t understand or think about. They bump into things and knock things off tables, and as they grow, the problem only magnifies. In school, they have to worry about their body image and what other kids think.
